THE GREAT UNENDING HOPE-Acha Harrison
Like the wave troubling the sea
As the rain of the winter
As the sun of the summer
Raiding and Panting.
Stolid isthe night wind
Being impeccable as gods
Fickle as the weather
Leaving no traceable trail.
I can hear the sounds I
can feel the pressure I can see it approaching The mystery
unfolded.
War after war
Fighting and crying for peace
Praying and praising
No positive outcome.
Far above the
sky Deep down the sea Lies the golden crown Not even an
inch to my domain.
Hoping endlessly
Weeping helplessly
Shouting with the last breathe
The glory still concealed
Vision blurred Mission disrupted
Aspiration disorganized
The destiny alters not.
Sad it seems
Painful it might be
The gutsy ceases the chance
For hope generates greatness.
